NEXT-DAY DELIVERY POLICIES

ORDERS + TIMELINES

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once we have received your order, you will be sent another email confirming the approximate delivery time.

At this time:

  • Orders placed are ALWAYS going to be next-day delivery. 

  • The ordering window is 8AM-3PM on the day before the delivery, with the exception of Tuesday’s ordering window being Saturday at 8PM to Monday at 3PM.

    • For example, to order for delivery on a Thursday, you must place your order on Wednesday anytime between 8AM and 3PM. If you want delivery on Tuesday, you can order after 8PM on Saturday, anytime on Sunday, and before 3PM on Monday.

  • The delivery time that is sent to you is our best guess, not a guarantee. Deliveries leave our shop at approximately 10AM but there are many variables that can cause delays (weather, traffic, order issues, etc.). Generally deliveries are completed by 2PM.

  • If you require our drivers to contact you ahead of time, please indicate as such at checkout.

  • Please include all pertinent delivery information, including a phone # and buzz code if required.

  • If you are not home when your order is delivered it WILL BE LEFT on your doorstep or in a secure location determined by our drivers. Refunds will not be issued for packages that go missing or that are damaged/ruined due to poor weather. We suggest you leave a cooler or bin out so that our driver can adequately hide your order + so that it remains protected from weather.

INVENTORY

While we do our best to ensure inventory, unforeseen circumstances may cause us to be sold out of the item you ordered. If this happens, we will utilize the option you chose for your fresh food (refund or next best replacement), and/or will contact you for all other items.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Our local delivery is handled by in-house delivery drivers and they do their best to ensure the safe handling and delivery of your packages.

Please include any delivery instructions in the notes at checkout (ie: if we are not home, leave in the cooler we placed behind the planter near the front door)

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS

All fresh/frozen food or baked goods are final sale, however we want you you to be satisfied with all your purchases at Black Market Provisions. If you have a concern or issue with one of your fresh food products, please chat with one of our staff and they will happily assist you.

For pantry provisions or gift items, we will accept returns for store credit or product exchange within 2 weeks of the date of purchase. Products must be unopened/in their original packaging + condition and be accompanied by your receipt.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns of products that were shipped or delivered.
