Are you always peppering your taste buds and riding the heat wave to spice things up? Then this spice blend is for you! 

Try it on eggs, tacos and whatever we’re grilling–whether you like it hot, or even scorched – with a mix of cayenne, jalapeño AND habanero, this one brings the heat.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, Sea Salt, White Vinegar, MSG, Paprika, Garlic, Cayenne, Chili, Jalapeño, Habanero

VEGAN + GLUTENLESS 

SUGGESTED USES

  • Add to anything you want to add heat to

  • Mix with oil before sautéing protein

  • Toss tofu with it before air-frying

  • Sprinkle on eggs

  • Sprinkle on popcorn

  • Add to marinades or salad dressing

  • Add to taco meat

  • Use on dry chicken wings

  • Add to batter for fish or chicken

    *Spice blends are best if used within 6 months of purchase.

    **We don’t use any fillers in our spice blends so they can get a bit solid over time, especially in warmer or higher humidity homes. To avoid or solve this, shake bottles regularly or stir with a chopstick or bamboo skewer.

RECIPES

  • Serves 1-2

    Ingredients:

    1 142g can Tuna in water, drained

    1.5 TB Mayonnaise

    1 stalk Celery, finely diced

    1.5 TB Fresh Dill, finely diced

    2 TB Fresh Chives, finely diced

    1 tsp BMP Hot Stuff Spice Blend (more if you like it hot hot hot!)

    Lemon, to taste

    Salt + Pepper, to taste

    2 Big slices of crusty sourdough bread

    2-3 Slices of Monterey Jack Cheese (or other cheese of preference)

    Directions:

    1. Lightly toast sourdough bread and set aside

    2. Mix all other ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined, season with salt and pepper and lemon to taste

    3. Spread tuna mixture onto toasted bread, then layer cheese slices on top

    4. Broil in oven or air fryer until cheese is melted

SPICY TUNA MELT

SWEET + SPICY BAR NUTS

  • 2 cups Roasted Mixed Nuts or Nuts of Choice

    ¼ cup Maple Syrup

    2 TB BMP Hot Stuff Spice Blend

    ½ TB Butter

    ½ tsp Fresh Rosemary, finely diced

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350F + line a small baking sheet with parchment paper

    2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well coated, then spread evenly over baking sheet

    3. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove pan and stir nuts. Return pan to oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes until nuts and golden and mixture is bubbling. Should be very fragrant.

    4. Remove pan from oven, stir gently once then allow to cool completely before breaking apart and serving.
